We have potential openings for management-minded hunters interested in a long-term commitment in our lease program.  We are a group of profesionals, business men, who want like-minded individuals who will contribute to the atmosphere of the camp and lease infrastructure to provide an enjoyable hunting experience for our friends and families.  We have strict management rules and a full time biologist on the ranch. Game camera management is an on-going program,

Our lease on the Aransas River is part of a large 55,000 Acre  ranch that borders west along Hwy 77, south of Woodsboro to  Skidmore in Bee County.  The lease has various types of hunting topography from wooded oak motts, South Texas  brush and open pastures.  We have a feed program in place which includes protein.  There are approximately 30 + locations with or for  blinds and feeders - most with pens.  Hunters are allowed to hunt any blind and a system is in place for first right in your personal property blind and for regular blind maintance by all members by assignment .  Our camp has water septic  and electric hook-ups, some storage and covered parking facilities and common areas. We have concrete covered Elec Winches SS sinks Ice machines freezers walk in cooler cleaning station , concrete covered fire pit cooking area.  

We have a lighted and well matained camp & roads. We have community shower restroom facilities for guest and cleaning area use with a spare guest bunk house that can be available. 

Guest  accompany members or can hunt in special designated locations close to camp. 

The lease asses min $2,0000 fees annually for costs of expenses for mowing   corn, protein, community  electricity, maintenance and improvements of assets . New members are expected to contribute a one-time $ 1,500.00 community assessment for current community assets and ongoing projects.  Some types of hunting are subject to a ranch surcharge for non members - i.e. quail. But most native animals are huntable within ranch rules.

This is a serious-minded group, so serious inquiries only.  Our rules are not friendly to party-types, meat hunters, road/night hunting and hard to get along with people.  You will be expected to contribute both phyically and financially on an ongoing basis for projects for the benifit of the membership.
