The Trails End Ranch lease is an annual, family-friendly hunting and recreational lease including a camp house on 192+ acres in east Burnet County near Lampasas for a group of 3 hunters and their families including children for a total of $12,000 per year plus electricity and water. This low fenced ranch has been game managed under MLC-3 and LWA plans for several years which has produced trophy white-tail bucks, healthy does, and big turkeys to every hunter's delight! The ranch has 65% tree cover, 2 ponds for fishing, a creek, 3 hunting blinds, 6 locations for feeders, 3 food plots, and game animals such as deer, turkey, hogs, dove, and small game to enjoy, watch, hunt, harvest, and/or photograph.  The lease includes a 3 bedroom 2 bath single-wide camp house with an extra recreation room and a separate drive-through barn with loft for storing deer feed and hunting equipment. The hunting group that leases this ranch will have exclusive hunting and recreational rights on it year round and will not have to share this lease with any other hunting group.

The owner of this ranch prefers to lease to a family (parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, relatives) group of game management minded hunters who will want to teach their children and grandchildren the ethics, regulations, safety of hunting and the proper management, respect, and stewardship of God's creation, the land, natural resources, wildlife, and whitetail deer. The family who hunts together can enjoy getting away to the "lease" any time of the year and make memories together that will last a lifetime.
