The Second Amendment Foundation - The Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) is dedicated to promoting a better understanding about our Constitutional heritage to privately own and possess firearms. To that end, we carry on many educational and legal action programs designed to better inform the public about the gun control debate.

Gun Control Witness Video:  Suzanne Hupp lost her parents in the 1991 Luby's cafeteria massacre in Killeen, Texas.  Hupp, watched as her parents were murdered and escaped while the gunman reloaded.  On the day of the shooting, she had left her own gun in her car as prescribed by law.  She became an outspoken advocate of the concealed-carry legislation we have in Texas today and testified before congress as seen below on Second Amendment rights.  It takes a strong Texas woman to set things strait, and Mrs. Hupp was and did just that.  Her final point is one we should all keep in our minds.
