We are looking for a few family friendly management minded hunters. We are all about wildlife management and outdoor family fun. We are not a party lease, we are here to hunt and enjoy the outdoors. Children are more than welcome after all they are the future of our second amendment rights and what better way to get them off technology and get them in the outdoors. We pass on 4&1/2 year old 8 and 10 points, but shoot culls so the kiddos have their opportunity to enjoy hunting. We are MLD 3/ conservation so we hunt fron the 1st weekend in October till February 28th with riffle. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and hunt a longer rifle season together. We are serious about our hunting and family friendly environment so if you can’t be respectful please don’t respond. Lease price also includes a year supply of minerals we use for herd health and antler growth. 

This is an annual whitetail trophy lease that I have been managing for the last 20 years. This is a long-term lease that has been protein fed for over 25 years.

We are interviewing for one trophy-minded hunter to join our lease.  This is a long time membership.  No bow hunting except for summertime hogs and javelins. There are RV hookups, water, and electricity.  There is an onsite cooler.  

Membership is $7500 a gun which is due in two payments.  The first payment of $4400 is due now and the second payment of $3100 is due on September 1st.  Your membership includes yourself, your spouse, and any children 18 years and under.

The property is 9 acres and fully fenced, and is a mix of wooded/brush areas, clearings, 2 caliche pits, and trails. The property has deer that show up at the feeder (deer corn) most days (does and periodically bucks), hogs, turkey, small game like rabbits, and occasional predators. There are also turkey that that feed at an elevated turkey feeder.  Also I am seeing dove and quail on the property. In addition to the feeders there is an elevated hunting blind for a single hunter, located about 35 yards from the deer feeder. The property is relatively small, so a single hunter for each lease period using bow or shotgun is preferred. I will allow 2 people as lessees on a single lease, assuming you will be safely working together. But I only allow one lease at a time (your lease would have exclusive use during the term of the lease). Limit of 1 deer or wild turkey per three-day lease period (or permit limit, whichever is less) but no harvest fees. Must remove the entire animal from the property, no carcasses or animal parts are to be disposed of on the property. There is no guarantee that you will be successful in harvesting an animal, the lease provides an opportunity, not a guarantee of success. Prices are $200 per day per hunter, or $350 per person for 2 consecutive days.

This pasture is located 15 miles west of Encinal is a 13,000+ acre pasture of a 50,000+ acre ranch IN THE HEART OF SOUTH TEXAS. Making this low-fenced pasture THE PRIME LOCATION for growing true South Texas Monster Whitetail. .We are currently looking for a couple of Trophy minded hunters that are able to let big deer walk until they’re in reach their MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. There are a couple spots available. The pasture has a great variety of terrain and brush making hunting always interesting and enjoyable!  The Headquarters pasture has all the amenities to be your all around perfect hunting lease. The amenities are: a 7 bed 6 bath ranch house with 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Great drinking quality well water. Covered skinning rack with concrete floor, running water, Ice machine, and walk in cooler all located at the skinning rack. Outdoor fire pit for cooking with a covered awning right beside it. Also have several RV and mobile home hookups in camp with water, electricity and septic hookups. Large metal building nearby camp for storing Hunting vehicles and UTV(side by sides). (ATV's *four-wheelers are prohibited*) The pasture has 20+ stock tanks with 4-inch water lines to all to ensure water for deer at all times. The stock tanks are stocked with an abundance of Largemouth Bass. Bird hunting (Dove and Quail) and waterfowl are also available in an abundance for all to enjoy. Guests are allowed. Archery hunting is also allowed!

I have three privately owned ranches between Llano and Mason ranging from 100 acres to 500 acres each. I do not mix parties, so your group will have the entire lease. The price for the smallest pasture is $450 per day for up to 3 hunters, the middle size pasture is $500 per day for up to 4 hunters and the larger pasture is $1200 per day for up to 8 hunters. There is a 3 day minimum hunt. All pastures have cabins with electricity, beds, frig, table, chairs and running water. All have working corn feeders and three sided ground stands with roofs. I allow each hunter to kill 2 bucks in November and either 2 bucks or 1 buck and 1 doe in December. I allow bow hunting during October. The cost for bow hunting is $100 per day per hunter. I do not charge a kill fee. I do not allow 4-wheelers and ask that you only drive on established roads. There are openings available in November and December. Looking for a small group or family up to 4 maximum to hunt 2025 MLDP season opening weekend or any available dates each hunter will be allowed 1 Muledeer Buck,1 Whitetail Buck and 1 Whitetail Doe or 1 Muledeer doe depending upon tags available along with 2 Javelina, and unlimited varmints and predators. The lease is a 8,000 acre year round lease in Webb County very close to Laredo. Classic South Texas brush and some root plow areas to open up the brush.The lease consists of three pastures, two partially high fenced. All pastures have water, good senderos and good roads. The lease cost is $9,500 which includes corn and all camp fees and insurance,. This a 9 member lease with 2 openings. All members have equal access to all hunting locations. All hunting locations are set up and ready to hunt.  We have 18 hunting locations. Lease is under MLDP Level 3 permit for the last 9 years. This allows us to begin hunting in October. All trophy are expect to at least 6.5 yrs of age or older. We are feeding protein year round ( Double Down) and are bringing water to all the feed staions. There around 18 feeding stations on the ranch with all but a couple of them penned. We are continually doing bulldozer work maintaing senros and roads. We will be rolling chopping this year. Ranch regularly produces bucks in the 150's-170class deer. Past lease members have taken deer in the 170's. Guest are allowed. Members are allowed to take one trophy buck. There are many culls(140 class) and does on the lease for members and guest to hunt.  Dove and duck hunting can be great. Also hogs are available. 

The camp is very safe and clean. Forman live next to camp and looks after all trailers and gear. Camp has water, septic and hook ups and well as room for hunting vehicles. Laredo is 5-10 minutes away and lodging is available very close. 

All existing members are in there 40's and all professionals and have families. We are management mind group looking to grow big South Texas trophies whitetails.
