Quail lease available from January 15 to the end of quail season. Lease is 8,000 acres and will include a fully furnished lodge that sleep 12 , kennels and a 5 stand skeet range. Ranch was listed as an Orvis endorsed wing shooting destination.  Majority of birds will be bobwhite with about 10 percent blue quail.  Has not been hunted in several years. Price is $5.50 an acre and additional  acreage can be added.  No individuals and serious inquiries only please. 

This pasture is located 15 miles west of Encinal is a 13,000+ acre pasture of a 50,000+ acre ranch IN THE HEART OF SOUTH TEXAS. Making this low-fenced pasture THE PRIME LOCATION for growing true South Texas Monster Whitetail. .We are currently looking for a couple of Trophy minded hunters that are able to let big deer walk until they’re in reach their MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. There are a couple spots available. The pasture has a great variety of terrain and brush making hunting always interesting and enjoyable!  The Headquarters pasture has all the amenities to be your all around perfect hunting lease. The amenities are: a 7 bed 6 bath ranch house with 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Great drinking quality well water. Covered skinning rack with concrete floor, running water, Ice machine, and walk in cooler all located at the skinning rack. Outdoor fire pit for cooking with a covered awning right beside it. Also have several RV and mobile home hookups in camp with water, electricity and septic hookups. Large metal building nearby camp for storing Hunting vehicles and UTV(side by sides). (ATV's *four-wheelers are prohibited*) The pasture has 20+ stock tanks with 4-inch water lines to all to ensure water for deer at all times. The stock tanks are stocked with an abundance of Largemouth Bass. Bird hunting (Dove and Quail) and waterfowl are also available in an abundance for all to enjoy. Guests are allowed. Archery hunting is also allowed!

We are shifting our business from day hunting to year round lease for a group of 10 hunters. Looking for a family oriented group. 12 feeders and blinds provided and kept full of corn Year Round. 130-150 class deer. Lodging and party barn provided. These facilities will be exclusive to the group. Full amenities provided including internet, DirecTV, Housekeeping etc. Full tags for everyone in the group. Facilities sleep up to 18 persons. Here's how cost is justified: 12 feeders 6 bags each which lasts 2 weeks. 6 corn @ $12.50/bag = $75/Feeder/2 weeks. 12 feeders @ $75/2 weeks = $900 So $450/week to keep corn in feeders. $23,400.00 per year. 2 lodging facilities with exclusive use would rent for $2500/month/each So $5,000.00/month. $60,000 per year Electricity, DirecTV, Internet for 2 facilities=$600/month, so $7200 per year Labor for filling feeders, maintenance of blinds, etc. $10,000 per year. Maid Service= $200 per week total. So, $10,400/year. Total Maintenance $23,400 Corn $60,000 Lodging $ 7,200 Utilities $10,000 Maint. $10,400 Maid svc. ------------- $111,000.00 per year maintenance.
