Looking for a small group or family up to 4 maximum to hunt 2025 MLDP season opening weekend or any available dates each hunter will be allowed 1 Muledeer Buck,1 Whitetail Buck and 1 Whitetail Doe or 1 Muledeer doe depending upon tags available along with 2 Javelina, and unlimited varmints and predators. Very comfortable fully furnished campers with water on the ranch or nearby hotels available. Blinds and feeders already established and fed year round for trophy quality deer of both species this ranch has had very little pressure and will be one of the best hunting oppurtunties in the area it is surrounded by huge neighbors and with limited hunts allowed one can expect to see lots of game and choose there days up to 5 anytime during the season book early as this wont last!! 

We are shifting our business from day hunting to year round lease for a group of 10 hunters. Looking for a family oriented group. 12 feeders and blinds provided and kept full of corn Year Round. 130-150 class deer. Lodging and party barn provided. These facilities will be exclusive to the group. Full amenities provided including internet, DirecTV, Housekeeping etc. Full tags for everyone in the group. Facilities sleep up to 18 persons. Here's how cost is justified: 12 feeders 6 bags each which lasts 2 weeks. 6 corn @ $12.50/bag = $75/Feeder/2 weeks. 12 feeders @ $75/2 weeks = $900 So $450/week to keep corn in feeders. $23,400.00 per year. 2 lodging facilities with exclusive use would rent for $2500/month/each So $5,000.00/month. $60,000 per year Electricity, DirecTV, Internet for 2 facilities=$600/month, so $7200 per year Labor for filling feeders, maintenance of blinds, etc. $10,000 per year. Maid Service= $200 per week total. So, $10,400/year. Total Maintenance $23,400 Corn $60,000 Lodging $ 7,200 Utilities $10,000 Maint. $10,400 Maid svc. ------------- $111,000.00 per year maintenance. In reality each hunter is paying 9k/person annually for the lease. I hope this clarifies things as this is a "turn key" lease. The lease is a 8,000 acre year round lease in Webb County very close to Laredo. Classic South Texas brush and some root plow areas to open up the brush.The lease consists of three pastures, two partially high fenced. All pastures have water, good senderos and good roads. The lease cost is $9,500 which includes corn and all camp fees and insurance,. This a 9 member lease with 2 openings. All members have equal access to all hunting locations. All hunting locations are set up and ready to hunt.  We have 18 hunting locations. Lease is under MLDP Level 3 permit for the last 9 years. This allows us to begin hunting in October. All trophy are expect to at least 6.5 yrs of age or older. We are feeding protein year round ( Double Down) and are bringing water to all the feed staions. There around 18 feeding stations on the ranch with all but a couple of them penned. We are continually doing bulldozer work maintaing senros and roads. We will be rolling chopping this year. Ranch regularly produces bucks in the 150's-170class deer. Past lease members have taken deer in the 170's. Guest are allowed. Members are allowed to take one trophy buck. There are many culls(140 class) and does on the lease for members and guest to hunt.  Dove and duck hunting can be great. Also hogs are available. 

The camp is very safe and clean. Forman live next to camp and looks after all trailers and gear. Camp has water, septic and hook ups and well as room for hunting vehicles. Laredo is 5-10 minutes away and lodging is available very close. 

All existing members are in there 40's and all professionals and have families. We are management mind group looking to grow big South Texas trophies whitetails. So we are looking for 2 people that areTrophy/management minded hunters that want to grow trophy bucks and willing do the work needed to produce quality deer.
