| Owner Description: | We currently have 7 spots available. We have Clear Cut, thick areas, creeks and ravines. This lease has been game managed for the last 17 years for large breed and trophy deer. The benefits of hunting with us: We have an extended hunting season; we supply the tags and have plenty of bucks and does. Our season opens October 3rd and ends January 31st. This year at opening we dropped 34 deer with the first two weeks. Not only do you get a trophy buck (minimum specification 15 inch spread-3 1/2 years of age. You also can take endless culls and spikes. Every year we have contest for free memberships as well. This past year we had a doe contest (most brought in the first two weeks of season) and a big buck contest (The largest buck wins a free membership). We also have year round hog hunting and several good herds of Turkey for the Spring Turkey Hunters. We have a top-notch campground-secured and patrol by a county officer-and camera surveillance. We do have water that goes out to the RVs along with electricity spots. We have five cabins on the property. Our two large cabins have full private showers, toilet and sinks. We have three small cabins, along with a shower house, and outhouses. County and Statewide bag limits do not apply to individual hunters, which is a plus and you can use your tags still at other places. Game: Trophy deer, Boone and Crockett-from 120-180, hog, squirrel, rabbit, turkey, wolves, coyote, cougar, bobcats, raccoons Cost: $1200 for a year-round family membership. A family membership consists of immediate family. Example: Husband, wife and children, or single parents and children.
