| Owner Description: | This hunt is a management hunt located in Menard county along the San Saba River. It includes two does. You will be shooting off of my MLD permits so you will not have to use your own tags. We have stands and feeders set up throughout the ranch that offer comfortable accommodations and the opportunity to view 10-20 deer on each hunt. I feed protein year round. We killed a number of does this past year that were over the 100 lb mark which was very encouraging to me. There should be no problem getting your 2 deer in a day but if you need longer it will not be a problem. I can be as involved in the hunt as much as you need. I will take you to and from the stand for each hunt and help out with anything you need. If you need a place to stay I can help arrange for accommodations. This is a great hunt for a Father/Son team and have had great success with this type of hunt. If you see any pigs or varmints you may shoot these at no extra charge, I have been seeing them more frequently than I would like. My neighbor has a very nice cabin that overlooks the river that he rents out for a fair price. I am starting to book hunts for 2010/2011 season. Please call or email me with any questions.
