| Owner Description: | We are looking for a few hunters to join an existing group for the 2010 season at $2400 per gun to hunt approximately 11,000 acres of Val Verde County. I have had a lot of interest for single slots and we would prefer a group of hunters to join us. Therefore, I am offering this discounted sliding scale. We are offering a reduced price for groups of hunters. $200 off each slot for a group of 2, $300 off each slot for a group of 3, $400 off each slot for a group of 4 hunters or more. Call for details. The lease is part of a 28,000 acre Ranch with 14 miles of Pecos River frontage. We have been on this ranch for 15 years. It is a beautiful ranch with a variety of terrains from thick brush to deep canyons. Glassing from the hilltops (one of my personal favorites) you can see for miles. The rains during 2010 have the ranch in great shape. We are expecting good horn development due to the vegetation. We are looking for a small group of Hunters to join an existing group. Family members and guests take deer from paid hunters tag. Stay in the Camp House with bunkroom, kitchen with dining area for 12, and bathroom with toilet, sink and shower or bring your RV/trailers to the camping area with Electricity, Water and Septic. 1 trophy buck, and does as needed.
