| Owner Description: | We have two types of memberships - Individual and Group Memberships. We currently lease around 30,000 acres of rice, milo, corn, and 28 duck ponds from Brookshire to Matagorda for our lease members. Group Memberships are $5500 per group with a maximum of 8 members, 6 of which can hunt at one time. You will have access to all of the club properties, both duck and goose. You would nominate one person as the group spokesperson or contact. The group contact will call the afternoon before the hunt to request 3 spots in order of preference. We would then get back to you before 7 PM to let you know where you would be hunting in the morning. We try to keep everything very fair and make sure everyone stays on good birds. You also have the option of hiring a guide to help you learn the properties. The second type of membership is the individual membership. It runs $750 per season. You would call in and request to go duck or goose hunting and we would assign you with other individual members or other group members. We are taking deposits as of Jan. 5. We can also arrange a meeting for you to check out some of our properties as well. |
