| Owner Description: | We are offering a First Class Hunting Experience for the busy hunter who doesn't have time to worry with a lease, but loves to hunt. For an annual membership fee of $7500.00 you and one guest can enjoy year round fair chase hunting and excellent fishing. The membership fee allows you and a guest to come anytime and stay, but it also includes a 10 day family vacation package to be taken anytime except during white tail deer season. Where we are located we have a black powder season, a spring turkey season, dove, duck and squirrel seasons along with white tail deer season. You can hunt hogs and varmints year round. We also have some of the finest white bass fishing around during February and March. We have fully furnished lodges with all the ammenities. We furnish all the feeders and corn. We mow all the lanes and plant all the food plots. The food plots are planted with crimson, arrow leaf, hairy vetch, wheat, winter peas, oats, and rye grass during hunting season and pea patches during the spring and summer. All the upkeep on the lease is taken care of. The lease is fully managed throughout the year. All you have to do is bring your gun. We have corn feeders throughout the lease with bow stands, box blinds and ground blinds whichever you prefer. You can hunt mixed timber, clear cuts, planted pines and river bottom terrain. If you would like to take a break from hunting, we offer ponds stocked with black bass, white perch (crappie) and catfish or river frontage access for some great fishing. We are only 5 minutes from Lake Sam Rayburn if you like lake fishing. Our accommodations are first class and come fully equipped with sheets, blankets, pillows, pots, pans, refrigerators, etc. with full size kitchens, bedrooms that sleep 14-20 and televisons with satellite. We are located 2 1/2 hours from Houston or Dallas. We are approximately 30 miles east of Nacogdoches and Lufkin, but there are several small towns close by for needed supplies.
