| Owner Description: | This is a 300 acre private owned working cattle/horse ranch. I have opened this up for hunting the last few years, and have deer/hogs and other preditors. Deer hunting is $125 per day / per person, and hog hunting is $75 (includes lodging) Around 200 acres available to hunt with 70 acres exclusive for hunting lease west of the river. There is NO KILL FEE , and NO TROPHY FEE. I have blinds, year round automatic feeders, hog rubs, and ladder tree stands. I am located in the rolling hills of the piney woods of East Texas with meadows, several creeks and ponds, and a river that splits and goes around through the hunting lease. It is easily accessable with a bridge crossing over the river so you can walk from the camp site to the blinds. Camp site has a cabin and a camper trailer, and is located on lake with gazebo, picnic table, grill and includes fishing/ bass and catfish. There is no running water or electricity.(Generator available) Henderson is located 6 miles away with an all night Walmart. All guest are $25/day. ~ Home cooked meals also available upon prior booking for an additional fee.~ No dogs, pets or ATV's allowed please ~ Deposit required to secure your dates, on a first come basis, and no refunds after booking.
