Have tons of pictures possibility of more acreage in the future with cabin working on mld. It is the hill country so there are alot of deer that need to be harvested but looking for group or corporate that doesn't have to kill not shoot it up. Management minded deer need to be 5+ trophy. Are turkey and some dove and exotics and few hogs. Currently ranch does the protein negotiable on that also corn and blinds if needed can all be discussed. Free range have taken deer into the 180's hoping for the right group to only keep getting better. Long term is what I'm looking for in a leasee.
