Wyatt Ranches - La Escapada en Los Robles Lease

   Wyatt Ranches has just now released and made available the La Escapada en Los Robles Lease. This recreational lease is a combination of select ranches, all located at our Los Robles Division.  The set aside and deferred acreage creates one lease for 3,330 for the La Escapada en Los Robles and another lease for 2,550 acres at La Escondida de Los Robles. 

   The Los Robles Division is approximately thirty minutes west of Corpus Christi, and is situated in Nueces, Jim Wells, and Kleberg Counties, and near the rural communities of Agua Dulce, Alfred, Bishop, and Kingsville. 

   This acreage has a combination and wide variety of South Texas brush, combined with savannah-pattern brush motts, accented with multiple senderos open prairies, and fields...all while complimented by larger and small water features. The acreage includes specific hunting facilities, such as dedicated housing, a walk-in game cooler, and an overhead game feed storage bin.  The dedicated housing at the La Escapada en Los Robles consists of a Spanish Style, three structure walled and fenced compound, complete with a Casa, a detached Casita, a utility structure (with a game sink and a large ice machine), patio fire pit, and irrigated landscaped grounds.

   Much of the hunting acreage set aside for this acreage has been deferred, with the remaining portions having been under the State's deer management program.  Wildlife abounds and includes Whitetail deer, turkey, quail, dove; as well as common predator animals and feral hogs.  The Los Robles Division of Wyatt Ranches is known for it's large Whitetail deer and the Division was recently described as, "...the last bastion of large ranch and brush country between Corpus Christi and Alice."
