Natural Hill Country setting with low-fencing to ensure genetic diversity.  Not a deer farm, but natural hunting in a natural environment on a working ranch.  Bunk house with bathroom and kitchen, and RV hook-ups.  Feed room, lighted skinning rack and walk-in cooler.  Box blinds and feeders available for use, or you may bring your own.  Close to Hill Country State Natural Area and Lost Maples State Park.  Non-hunting guests are allowed with prior permission and a day fee.  To keep the number of hunters low, there is absolutely no lease sharing;  each hunter pays a lease fee.  You will not find a non-paying hunter in your blind or your bunk.  Hunters limited to 13 for the lease.  Looking for mature hunters to add to our current responsible and respectful group .  Absolutely no alcoholic beverages on the lease.  If you will email me, I'll send you more information. 

Exotics are present on the ranch, including fallow, axis, sika, aoudad, hogs and elk.  There is no extra fee for exotics. 

Lease is for the regular white-tail season.  No bow hunting.  No extended season.  Spring hunts available after hunters complete a white-tail sesaon, at the owner's discretion and for an extra fee.

Hunters may not live at the property for the entirety of the season;  hunting on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
