The bluff facilities can sleep up to 22, sits on a large rock bluff overlooking the beautiful clear water Nueces River. This is not only a great hunting destination but has other desirable attributes. You can be challenged with a rugged Aoudad hunt in the hills or an easy hunt from a blind in the pecan grove.  The ranch is well watered and a good mixture of easy terrain to rugged hills. Roads are mostly good to rough in the hills. A 4x4 is needed in select areas. Access with use of the River Bluff facility is from Sept 1st through the following Feb. plus one month (30 days) of off-season visits spread though-out the spring and summer.  Number of harvested deer is determined by MLD program. The 2022-2023 season allows for 12 Bucks and 10 does.  Other game is up to 12 Turkeys, 20+Hogs, up to 4 Aoudads, Axis, or other exotics.  Bobcats, varmints, squirrel, dove   and fishing as regulated by TPWD.  All this for $140,000 for the 3500 acres with furnished facilities.  Landowner is sensitive to negotiating a lease that fits your family or business. 1100 acre high fenced ranch intensely managed offering meat hunts for whitetail doe.  11 feeders feeding year round with a tripod or ground blind on them.  600.00 for two whitetail doe and two hogs per two day hunt package.  Lodging included.  Bring your bed roll, bath towels, food and drinks, charcoal for grilling.  50% deposit to book dates.  

The property is 9 acres and fully fenced, and is a mix of wooded/brush areas, clearings, 2 caliche pits, and trails. The property has deer that show up at the feeder (deer corn) most days (does and periodically bucks), hogs, turkey, small game like rabbits, and occasional predators. Also I am seeing dove and quail on the property. In addition to the feeder there is an elevated hunting blind for a single hunter, located about 40 yards from the feeder. The property is relatively small, so a single hunter for each lease period using bow or shotgun is preferred. I will allow 2 people as lessees on a single lease, assuming you will be safely working together. But only one lease at a time (your lease would have exclusive use during the term of the lease). Limit of 1 deer per lease but no extra fee for harvesting an animal. Must remove the entire animal from the property, no carcasses or animal parts are to be disposed of on the property. There is no guarantee that you will be successful in harvesting an animal, the lease provides an opportunity, not a guarantee of success. Prices are $150 per day per person, or $250 per person for 2 consecutive days.

Corporate Deer Lease/hunts offered in Brazoria County Texas.  We are located less than one hour from Houston Texas.  We have 10-15 trophy hunts available for Big bucks ranging from 160 to 250 BC

We provide everything but food and drink.  Lodging onsite is included.  Prices range from $6000.00 to $14,000.00.

The first fall hunt will be November 11 – 14. This hunt is full due to multiple returning hunters, however some spots do occasionally open up. It will have Single (one person), Family (two first order family members) and Buddy (any two people) packages that will include a chance at the following: 

• Two (2) white tail bucks (any size) 
• Two (2) white tail doe 
• Two (2) axis (any size, either sex) 
• Two (2) turkey 
• Unlimited hogs and other varmint 

Each package gets two (2) blinds per day and if you do a Family or Buddy package you can split the game up however you want. All meals and lodging are included. Processing services are not included but are available on site.

Because we are limited on white tail bucks, the second fall hunt will be an axis and white tail doe hunt. White tail bucks may be available if there are some remaining from our allotted harvest amount. The second fall hunt will be December 2 – 5. It will have the Single, Family and Buddy packages that will include a chance at the following: 

• Two (2) white tail doe 
• Two (2) axis bucks (any size) 
• Four (4) axis doe 
• Two (2) turkey 
• Unlimited hogs and other varmint 

Package prices for the second fall hunt will be $4,800 for a Single, $5,200 for a Family, and $5,600 for a Buddy. We will have several spots available for this hunt.

Hunt our family-owned property 15 miles from Fredericksburg, and 3 miles from Luckenbach. Hunt approximately 200 acres of low fence on our 500 acre low-fenced property. You will have the option to choose between three blinds. 

One whitetail buck, one whitetail doe, and one turkey are included with each paid gun.  High-fence Fallow Deer and Blackbucks are also available at an increased cost.

Located in the golden triangle of South Texas that is recognized for trophy buck potential, this Maverick County low fence year round lease has two spots open for the 2022-2023 season. This ranch has been leased by the same group of hunters since 2055 and is under a MLDP management plan. The ranch has abundant trophy whitetail deer, hogs, javelinas, dove, quail and ducks. Our group has harvested several once in a lifetime low fence whitetail bucks over the years including a 198 5/8 trophy buck, several 170 and 180 class bucks and numerous 160 and 150 class bucks. Game management is overseen annually by a wildlife biologist. Each membership includes one trophy buck, one management buck, cull bucks and an allotment of doe tags. While our group is predominately interested in trophy deer hunting, another primary goal is to have fund with friends and family in an outdoor sportsman environment. This is truly a family deer lease. We currently have 40 + corn feeders. Protein is fed on a regular basis. Lodging is available on the ranch. There are two walk in coolers, commercial ice maker, entertaining pavilion with a fireplace and numerous other amenities available to all members. Guest privileges include immediate family (spouse and children) and one non-family hunting guest. Each member is responsible for their pro-rata share of operating costs and expenses. Lease cost is $15,899.25 per membership (1/2 due upon signing of documents and 1/2 due on October 1st of each year), plus $8,000 for membership expenses (protein, corn, repairs, electricity, water, cable tv, firewood, etc.) (1/2 due upon signing of documents and 1/2 due on October 1st of each year). Our package is designed for two couples looking for a secluded get away; deer hunting for the guys and wine tasting and shopping for the gals.

Includes 3 night stay, 2 days of deer hunting, transportation to and from the blind, and other hunting related assistance.  2 hunters allowed for each stay.  Each hunter is entitled to one whitetail buck and one doe.

High quality newly constructed accommodations, our casitas have 2 large master suites separated by a breezeway.  Each suite has king size bed, desk and sitting area, refrigerator, internet, big screen TV with internet streaming. Our porches are ideal for sitting outside in the evening or watching the sunrise with unobstructed view.  Breakfast is included in accommodations.

Because of limited number, no axes or blackbucks are allowed to be hunted.  All hunters will need to sign a release of liability. All hunters must be licensed and abide by all Texas deer hunting laws.

We have an Aoudad herd of about 12 animals that the ranch owner would like us to manage.

Our lease does not allow us to make money selling hunts or spots. So, we are truly looking for a partner. We don't mind sharing our lease information with someone who's showing interest. The ranch owner may get involved with "approving" someone. We have 20 feeders set out you would be welcome to hunt, but expect us to hunt yours as well.

Price is per animal based on size of trophy and doe hunting is based on per doe.  This is a Guarenteed Hunt...you are guarenteed 4 hunts, 2 morning and 2 evening hunts to hunt for the animal of your choice and B&C score.  If you are not offered a reasonable shot at the selected animal of your choice, your hunt is free.  If you are, you only pay the published or agreed to price before the hunt.  You will be required to make a deposit for the hunt, but it is fully refundable if we do not put you on the selected animal. Whitetail doe hunts available for $250 per doe.. Axis does hunts available for $500 per doe. .Limited number available so make reservations and deposits early. We have some fine trophy blackbucks.  We also have some trophy blackbucks with broken horns that we sell to hunters for only $750.  The blackbucks are true trophys and taxidermists can repair or replace horns for very little extra.....well worth the cost if you are looking for a trophy for the wall, and meat in the freezer.
