AXIS DEER

Gillespie County, 5 miles from Fredericksburg, TX.

9 days, February 7 – 15, 2026 (Saturday – Sunday)

Lease cost is $4,000 for up to 4 hunters in your single group. Guests allowed.

Harvest quota per hunter = a total of 3 deer: 

Either {1 axis buck + 2 axis does}  OR  {0 axis bucks + 3 axis does}

Optional 4^th axis deer for $1,500

Hunters must provide their own pop-up blinds & feeders.

Recently renovated hunting cabin is included & offers a full kitchen, bathroom (sink, toilet, shower), bunk beds, water, electricity, HVAC & lighted gambrel for deer cleaning.

A creek runs through the property.

January 2026 Special Late Season Deer Lease {axis does +whitetails (anterless and spikes)}.

Gillespie County, 5 miles from Fredericksburg, TX.

5 days, January 7 – 11, 2026 (Wednesday – Sunday)

Lease cost is $2,800 for up to 4 hunters in your single group.

Harvest quota per hunter = a total of 4 deer:  2 axis does + 2 whitetails/antlerless; optional axis buck for $1500.

Hunters must provide their own pop-up blinds.

Recently renovated hunting lodge is included & offers a kitchen, bathroom (sink, toilet, shower), bunk beds, water, electricity & HVAC.

There is an electric hoist/ gambrel with adjacent water for cleaning and an overhead light for evening work.
