8 cottonseed feeders & 2 protein feeders kept full year round , 3 covered tower stands, 2 others stands & a couple of portable stands that need seats. 4th generation  ranch that is well watered. 9.5 acres of alfalfa & 10 acres of wheat/tritacale mix. This ranch has really not been hunted in the last 4 years except for1 hunter that has come out for 33 yrs.from East Bernard. He has won the heaviest dressed division 3 times in the Trans Pecos Big Buck Tournament.We only had 2 hunters last year & both killed nice deer within the first week. The previous year(2024)  we only took the one hunter & he killed out early.

Accommodations are a Morgan building converted to a hunting cabin that sleeps 4, camp stove , refrigerator, microwave, tv,heater , ac, sink, & table. Bathroom is in another building with sink, shower, toilet,& heater.Fishing Pond out front that has some bass, catfish & perch. BBQ pit.

Brazoria County Hunting Leases

Brazoria County is in the Oak-Prairie wildlife district of Texas, on the prairie of the Gulf Coast at the mouth of the Brazos River in Southeast Texas. It covers an area of 1,407 square miles and its county seat is Angleton. The county offers an abundance of fishing and hunting opportunities. There are various game species for hunting including White-tailed Deer, Hog, Alligator, Quail, Predators, Dove, Crane, Duck and Goose. The county is home to the Varner-Hogg Plantation State Historical Park and the San Bernard and Brazoria National Wildlife Refuges.
