BWC is into its 3rd season of management in its 5000 acre property in Hardin County deep East Texas, with some really nice bucks to go after,  and a family friendly environment giving peace of mind with no drama…. We can’t wait to see the improvements that are to follow. We strive to do more for our deer herd and are a group of management minded family friendly hunters. We are a year-round MLD deer lease who prides itself in wildlife management. With 5 months of deer hunting w/rifle and with the capabilities of taking out the needed culls to help improve the deer herd what better opportunity to have to go after that trophy buck,fill the freezer and allow the kids an opportunity at their first deer. We do use a shoot list so you will also watch really nice young bucks grow! We expect our members to feed year round and, be management minded and learn to work as a team to see the desired results come to fruition. We have hogs, bobcats and coyotes as well as whitetail vs deer. Whitetail Deer Management hunt – 1000.00 for two days hunting per hunter.  (September 27^th 2025-January 11^th, 2026)  1100 acres high fenced and managed year round.  Bag Limit 5 animals. Bag limit  2 Whitetail management bucks and one doe and two hogs.  Management buck defined as 3 ½ years of age or older 8 points short tined or less and not broken and will not score over 120 P/Y gross inches. If harvested buck scores over 120 inches gross a replacement fee of 200.00 per inch over 120 inches gross will apply.  If management buck has more than 8 points a replacement fee of  1000.00 per point over 8 points.

We are looking for a few family friendly management minded hunters. We are all about wildlife management and outdoor family fun. We are not a party lease, we are here to hunt and enjoy the outdoors. Children are more than welcome after all they are the future of our second amendment rights and what better way to get them off technology and get them in the outdoors. We pass on 4&1/2 year old 8 and 10 points, but shoot culls so the kiddos have their opportunity to enjoy hunting. We are MLD 3/ conservation so we hunt fron the 1st weekend in October till February 28th with riffle. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and hunt a longer rifle season together. We are serious about our hunting and family friendly environment so if you can’t be respectful please don’t respond. Lease price also includes a year supply of minerals we use for herd health and antler growth.

This pasture is located 15 miles west of Encinal is a 13,000+ acre pasture of a 50,000+ acre ranch IN THE HEART OF SOUTH TEXAS. Making this low-fenced pasture THE PRIME LOCATION for growing true South Texas Monster Whitetail. .We are currently looking for a couple of Trophy minded hunters that are able to let big deer walk until they’re in reach their MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. There are a couple spots available. The pasture has a great variety of terrain and brush making hunting always interesting and enjoyable!  The Headquarters pasture has all the amenities to be your all around perfect hunting lease. The amenities are: a 7 bed 6 bath ranch house with 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Great drinking quality well water. Covered skinning rack with concrete floor, running water, Ice machine, and walk in cooler all located at the skinning rack. Outdoor fire pit for cooking with a covered awning right beside it. Also have several RV and mobile home hookups in camp with water, electricity and septic hookups. Large metal building nearby camp for storing Hunting vehicles and UTV(side by sides). (ATV's *four-wheelers are prohibited*) The pasture has 20+ stock tanks with 4-inch water lines to all to ensure water for deer at all times. The stock tanks are stocked with an abundance of Largemouth Bass. Bird hunting (Dove and Quail) and waterfowl are also available in an abundance for all to enjoy. Guests are allowed. Archery hunting is also allowed!
