I am the owner/CEO of a hunting club, we are in our 30th year. We run 20 members on 2,000 acres, located in Hardin County, in the town of Honey Island, TX. I have a management team aid to sustain and develop our property and family culture. We harvest deer, hogs, bobcats and coyotes mostly, more importantly we make memories with our families and friends. There is nothing like telling them ole stories around the campfire, seeing who brings back the biggest deer to camp. Every man should experience seeing his child harvest game, pride and emotion will overwhelm you. Nothing beats spending time in the woods with your loved ones. We have a camp site for campers, RV’s or tents. 365-day hunting access each year. Each paying member gets one area to hunt, we don’t micromanage the number of deer stands and feeders each member can have in their hunting area, it’s up to the member. We go with the Hardin County bag limit, 4 deer per member. A guest harvest 4-day weekend, is available Thursday-Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, each member can bring one guest to hunt their spot for the 4 days only, guest must have a valid TX hunting license, each guest can harvest one legal deer, unlimited hogs and unlimited predators during the 4 days. Spouse and immediate children in school, hunt at no additional charge, from the members spot. Feeding, planting and minerals are highly recommended. We have annual clean up days and meetings. Every member receives gate combination and rules/contract to sign for record keeping. Mandatory protein feeding from Maythrough August. Mandatory hog panels around feeders.Surveillance cameras are utilized onsite,we maintain close relationships with the local State Game Wardens. We are looking for a few family friendly management minded hunters. We are all about wildlife management and outdoor family fun. We are not a party lease, we are here to hunt and enjoy the outdoors. Children are more than welcome after all they are the future of our second amendment rights and what better way to get them off technology and get them in the outdoors.We pass on 4&1/2year old 8 and 10 points, but shoot culls so the kiddos have their opportunity to enjoy hunting. We are MLD 3/ conservation so we hunt fron the 1st weekend in October till February 28th with riffle. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and hunt a longer rifle season together.
