2100 acres of 6500 acre trophy deer lease. Looking for 2 management trophy deer hunters. 4 totals hunters for the lease. $8500 per gun plus share of protein and cottonseed and other lease expenses. This is not a fill your tags lease but growing mature trophies. 

Lease has not been hunted in three years. Previous owner passed away. There is a camp with a 25‘ x 25‘ covered pole canopy. Has electricity which is included in price their replaced for campers. Camping is on the property. This lease is extremely thick with cover. Has good roads and trails and plenty of shooting lanes. Many deer stands and feeders are already on property. Whitetail Deer Management hunt – 1000.00 for two days hunting per hunter.  (September 27^th 2025-January 11^th, 2026)  1100 acres high fenced and managed year round.  Bag Limit 5 animals. Bag limit  2 Whitetail management bucks and one doe and two hogs.  Management buck defined as 3 ½ years of age or older 8 points short tined or less and not broken and will not score over 120 P/Y gross inches. If harvested buck scores over 120 inches gross a replacement fee of 200.00 per inch over 120 inches gross will apply.  If management buck has more than 8 points a replacement fee of  1000.00 per point over 8 points.

The parcel is about 30 minutes south of Columbus, OH.  Much of the land in the area is forested, but there's not a lot of hunting as two large metro parks, a county park and three nature preserves are nearby. Combined the parks and preserves account for nearly 6,000 acres of forest where hunting is not allowed or severely limited.

We’re at the end of a dead-end road in one of the few sparsely populated areas. The land was select-cut logged in  2021, that produced open areas and woods with lots of trails. The tree tops left behind helps the whitetail herd as the deer use the downed tree tops for bedding. The deer love the brier tops that are all around the land.

The terrain is rolling hills, making it easy to get around. Walk through the woods and you'll see deer tracks everywhere and an impressive amount of buck rubs and scrapes. The land hasn’t been lived on for at least six years.

We only schedule three hunts during deer hunting season. Choose from archery rut hunts,  gun hunt in December or a muzzleloader hunt in January. Other outfitters typically schedule hunts weekly, every other week, and some outfitters schedule every two weeks.

We give your hunting party - a minimum of four hunters to a maximum of six hunters -  exclusive use of the land on your seven day hunt.  On a  160 acre parcel, other outfitters allow 8 to 10 hunters to hunt on the land - all at the same time. And most of those hunters are strangers - not part of your party. We want our hunters to feel like they are hunting in their own state park with no interference from outsiders. For 2025, all hunts are $1,500 per hunter for a 7 day hunt.

We offer seven day hunts during deer hunting season - for guns, bow and muzzleloader.  Add-on hunting days can be scheduled for deer bow hunting.

In the winter and summer, night time coyote hunts are available.

Accommodations are available off-site at our luxury apartment suite or you can book a hotel room or cabin in the area.

A guest harvest 4 day weekend, is available Thursday-Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, each member can bring one guest to hunt their spot for the 4 days only, guest must have a valid TX hunting license, each guest can harvest one legal deer, unlimited hogs and unlimited predators during the 4 days. Spouse and immediate children in school, hunt at no additional charge, from the members spot. Feeding, planting and minerals are highly recommended. We have annual clean up days and meetings. Whitetail Doe and Hog Pkg. (September 27^th, 2025 – November 15^th or longer depending on tags available) - $800.00 for two days hunting per hunter.  Bag limit is two whitetail Doe and two Hogs per two days hunting  11 feeders feeding year round with a tripod or ground blind on them.  Lodging included.  Bring your bed roll, bath towels, food and drinks, charcoal for grilling.  50% deposit to book dates.  

Premium Professionally QDM managed over 40 years. Lodge sleeps 12, centeral heat & air plus fire place in main lodge. WIFI. Game cleaning facility. Shooting range. Food plots, feeding program and cover platform stands throughout property. 3 lakes stocked with F-1 largemouth bass, southern largemouth bass, hybrid bass,  redbreast, crappie, shad, shell cracker, bluegill, boats and docks . Gated & posted.

This is a great find. It's close to town and has a ton of hunting/fishing. We manage the heard and keep an eye on numbers. Our local bucks get a solid 8 pts, with the occasion wandering buck that's a 10 or bigger. Every year each hunter can fill his 5 tags with ease. In the past each hunter has taken 2-3 deer, so we have a good population. In addition to whitetail there is a fairly good size rafter of turkeys, a good size squadron of Javelina population (20-30), lots of dove, a few racoons (fat on corn), bobcats down by the river, and several grey foxes.

There are currently 3 blinds on corn year-round with nobody hunting the back 200 acres around the bass lake. 1 belongs the other hunter, and I maintain the other 2. As I won’t be hunting much if at all this year, you are welcome to use one of those spots if you prefer. You can have your own area, pretty much anywhere you like. The area is large enough that everybody can spread out with ease (which is why I limit the leases to 3).

There are no restrictions, I do ask that you respect the other hunters and their property. I've never had a problem with theft or vandalism. I maintain security cameras around the base camp for obvious reasons. I can turn them off remotely if you are onsite and want additional privacy.

I have no problem with the occasion hunting guest. The county allows for 5 deer tags, any deer shot by a guest comes from your five. Nobody is checking, it’s an honor-based system.

Families are always welcome, as guests or hunters (same rules as above for white tail). I and the other hunter bring our wives with every trip. You’re welcome to bring the whole family including  the dog(s).

Border patrol comes through every so often doing their rounds. I have an understanding with the local station that restricts them to the roads, and they do not use the ATV trails. During hunting season, they work hard not to come through at peak times (morning and evening).

The lease runs form April 1 to April 1.  I’m a little late this year getting this out for various reasons, but if you hurry you can sign up for the turkey season which runs through April.

I’ve been on many leases over the years this is by far the best one. I’d love to bring on another hunter or family that will keep to maintain this special place, special.

Package hunts for whitetail bucks, does, axis deer and black buck antelope and turkey. 450 high fenced Acres in Texas Hill Country close to Harper Texas. Ranch is rolling hills cleared of all cedar.  Rifle hunting only. Price is per animal based on size of trophy and doe hunting is based on per doe. This is a day hunt lease and it works like this.....you pay $350 hunt fee per day, per person to hunt and if you harvest your animal the hunt fee is waived.  This is a Guaranteed Hunt...you are guaranteed 2 hunts, 1 morning and 1 evening hunt per day to hunt for the animal of your choice and B&C score. You are guaranteed to have a reasonable opportunity to harvest the animal of your choice.   If you are successful, and harvest an animal of your choice,  you only pay the published harvest fee or agreed to price before the hunt less one (1) days hunt fee. ( If an animal is wounded, We will try to find it but if it can not be retrieved, it will be counted as a Harvest and the full fee will be applied).   You will be required to make a deposit for the hunt.  Whitetail doe hunts available for $250 per doe.. Axis and blackbuck doe hunts available for $375 per doe. Cull/Mgmt Bucks $750, Trophy WT hunts quoted upon request, Average Axis and Blackbuck males $750, Trophy Axis Bucks (28"+)  $1850 and Black buck males (15"+) $1850. Turkeys $150 ea. Limited number available so make reservations and deposits early. We have some fine trophy axis and black bucks.  We may also have some trophy black bucks with broken horns that we sell to hunters for only $750.  These black bucks are true trophies and taxidermists can repair or replace horns for very little extra.....well worth the cost if you are looking for a trophy for the wall, and meat in the freezer. We have cleaning area with hanging rack, stainless steel cutting table and water for caring for your game. (September 27^th, 2025-Jan. 11th, 2026) Limit 2 deer, 4 animals total. 1 whitetail buck, (6 ½ yrs or older and up to 140 P/Y inches gross score. Any buck that scores over 140 P/Y gross inches we will add a kill fee of 100.00 per inch above 140 gross inches.  Example: buck scores 150 gross inches the kill fee of 1000.00 will be added to cost of your hunt (2200.00 total cost of your hunt for a 150 inch deer based on two days hunting) If buck scores 160 gross inches 2000.00 be added to cost of your hunt and so on) and one whitetail doe and two hogs per two days hunting. A 2000.00 replacement fee will apply if buck is under 6 1/2 years of age. Example: shoot a 150 inch deer that’s 4.5 years old total cost of your hunt will be 1200.00 for hunt+2000.00 for under 6.5 years of age+1000.00 for 10 inches over 140 inches your total cost is 4200.00  Aging of whitetail deer will be done by the tooth replacement and wear method from Texas Parks and Wildlife.   Additional days can be added to your package at 600.00 per day if you have not harvested your trophy buck.  If you have harvested a trophy in two days hunting you cannot hunt another trophy but can hunt for management bucks.   

Bring your sleeping bag, pillow, wash and dry towels, food and drinks and you are set. Sit on one of 11 feeders throwing corn twice daily or bring your own ladder stand or tripod.

This pasture is located 15 miles west of Encinal is a 13,000+ acre pasture of a 50,000+ acre ranch IN THE HEART OF SOUTH TEXAS. Making this low-fenced pasture THE PRIME LOCATION for growing true South Texas Monster Whitetail. .We are currently looking for a couple of Trophy minded hunters that are able to let big deer walk until they’re in reach their MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. There are a couple spots available. The pasture has a great variety of terrain and brush making hunting always interesting and enjoyable!  The Headquarters pasture has all the amenities to be your all around perfect hunting lease. The amenities are: a 7 bed 6 bath ranch house with 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Great drinking quality well water.
