2800 acres mostly low fenced, game managed protein fed 2015-2024 and  has not been hunted since 2023. Deer herd has been corn fed continually during 2025; however started off 2025 with protein and keep cell cameras on the feeder pens.. We are looking for hunters that have the same experience and high values that we have. So we may not lease to hunters this year but will keep trolling until we find those who we would like to have on the property. We are a family ranch since 1938 and have had old time hunters since the late 1940s. Hunting camp is available with RV hookups, water and electricity.

 Prospective hunters must have verified previous land-owner recommendations in addition to interview with owner. We have a beautiful property and a hunting website that will be available to serious respondents. We will consider all group options that have the same goals that the ranch has. We are surrounded by large non-hunting ranches and are mostly low-fenced. We may consider a larger group if it has a  good history and old time hunters we connect with. Hunters must have their own hunting blinds and feeders. Hunters will be allowed on the property every 8 weeks to keep their corn feeders filled year round. Protein feeding from Feb 16th thru Sept 1st is encouraged for larger antlers but is optional. Children under age 18 are allowed. Children over 18 may come as a guest. All children if hunting will use their parent leaseholder hunter’s tag.

Whitetail Deer Management hunt – 1000.00 for two days hunting per hunter.  (September 27^th 2025-January 15^th, 2026)  1100 acres high fenced and managed year round.  Bag Limit 5 animals. Bag limit  2 Whitetail management bucks and one doe and two hogs.  Management buck defined as 3 ½ years of age or older 8 points short tined or less and not broken and will not score over 120 P/Y gross inches. If harvested buck scores over 120 inches gross a replacement fee of 200.00 per inch over 120 inches gross will apply.  If management buck has more than 8 points a replacement fee of  1000.00 per point over 8 points.

I am the owner of .30-06 Hunting Club. We run 20 members on 2,000 acres, located in Hardin County in the town of Honey Island, TX. We are a family deer club, where women and children are accepted. I have a management team that aids in sustaining and developing our deer herd, property and family culture, as we move forward into our 31st year. We harvest quality deer, hogs, bobcats and coyotes mostly, more importantly we make memories with our families and friends. There is nothing like telling them ole stories around the campfire, seeing who brings back the biggest deer to camp. Every man should experience seeing his child harvesting game, pride and emotion will overwhelm you. Nothing beats spending time in the woods with your loved ones. I look forward to hunting with all our members, one day passing this deer club down to my children to run. No power onsite we use generators, we provide skinning racks. We have a large campsite for campers, RV’s or tents. There is 365 days of hunting access, good roads all year. Each paying member gets one area to hunt, the hunting parcels are turnkey formats and established, we don’t micromanage the number of deer stands and feeders each member can have in their hunting area, it’s up to the member. We go with the Hardin County bag limit of 4 deer per member, with mandatory protein feeding, hog panel program and only harvesting 3,5-year-old deer and older. A free guest harvest 4-day weekend is available, Thursday-Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, each member can bring one guest to hunt their spot for the 4 days only. Guest must have a valid TX hunting license, each guest can harvest one legal deer, unlimited hogs and predators during the 4 days. Spouse and immediate children 18 years old and under, in school, hunt free at no additional charge from the member's hunting spot. Planting and a water source are highly recommended at your hunting spot. We have annual clean up days, meetings and brush hog days. After phone interview and property tour, potential member may have the opportunity to join the club, every member receives the gate combination, GPS pin to parcel and bylaw rules/contract to sign for record keeping. Surveillance cameras are utilized onsite, we maintain close relationships with the local State Game Wardens. My Grandpa was my hero and my hunting partner, we will continue to honor his vision of having an affordable and safe place for families to make memories. Only serious enquiries, this is not a beer lease, everything in moderation. Drama free hunting zone. We maintain an active prospect waiting list and utilize a vetting/interview process. $1475 per year.                               

We are looking for a few family friendly management minded hunters. We are all about wildlife management and outdoor family fun. We are not a party lease, we are here to hunt and enjoy the outdoors. Children are more than welcome after all they are the future of our second amendment rights and what better way to get them off technology and get them in the outdoors. We pass on 4&1/2 year old 8 and 10 points, but shoot culls so the kiddos have their opportunity to enjoy hunting. We are MLD 3/ conservation so we hunt fron the 1st weekend in October till February 28th with riffle. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and hunt a longer rifle season together. We are serious about our hunting and family friendly environment so if you can’t be respectful please don’t respond. Whitetail Doe and Hog Pkg. (September 27^th, 2025 – January 30th 2026 or longer depending on tags available) - $800.00 for two days hunting per hunter.  Bag limit is two whitetail Doe and two Hogs per two days hunting  11 feeders feeding year round with a tripod or ground blind on them.  Lodging included.  Bring your bed roll, bath towels, food and drinks, charcoal for grilling.  50% deposit to book dates.  

HIgh Fenced working cattle ranch where your group can spend quality time enjoying hunting, fishing, or just relaxing around the campfire and counting the stars at night.  
Five feeders and blinds are provided. Three bedroom, two bath camp house with central heat and air. 

Base package $60,000 includes: 5 Trophy WT Bucks, Mgt WT Bucks & WT doe based on MLD survey,  Dove, Turkey, Ducks, Fishing.   Exotics can be hunted at an additional cost per buck  basis. 

MLD WT Season runs October through February

 Coleman Airport has a 4,500 ft paved runway.  Abilene Regional Airport is close.  

For 2026  the lease will be from March 1 through February 2027

Package hunts for whitetail bucks, does, axis deer and black buck antelope and turkey. 450 high fenced Acres in Texas Hill Country close to Harper Texas. Ranch is rolling hills cleared of all cedar.  Rifle hunting only. Price is per animal based on size of trophy and doe hunting is based on per doe. This is a day hunt lease and it works like this.....you pay $350 hunt fee per day, per person to hunt and if you harvest your animal the hunt fee is waived.   Dayhunt package includes 2 hunts, 1 morning and 1 evening hunt per day to hunt for the animal of your choice and B&C score. You are guaranteed to have a reasonable opportunity to harvest the animal of your choice.   If you are successful, and harvest an animal of your choice,  you only pay the published harvest fee or agreed to price before the hunt less one (1) days hunt fee. ( If an animal is wounded, We will try to find it but if it can not be retrieved, it will be counted as a Harvest and the full fee will be applied).   You will be required to make a deposit for the hunt.  Whitetail doe hunts available for $300 per doe.. Axis and blackbuck doe hunts available for $475 per doe. Cull/Mgmt Bucks $750, Trophy WT hunts quoted upon request, Average Axis and Blackbuck males $750, Trophy Axis Bucks (32"+)  $2750 and Black buck males (15"+) $2750. Turkeys $150 ea. Animals with lessor scores are also available at a quoted price.  Limited number available so make reservations and deposits early. We have some fine trophy axis and black bucks.  We may also have some trophy black bucks with broken horns that we sell to hunters for only $750.  These black bucks are true trophies and taxidermists can repair or replace horns for very little extra.....well worth the cost if you are looking for a trophy for the wall, and meat in the freezer. We have cleaning area with hanging rack, stainless steel cutting table and water for caring for your game. --1100 acres high fenced property and intensely managed and protein fed year round.  $1200.00 for two days hunting per hunter. (September 27^th, 2025-Jan. 15th, 2026) Limit 2 deer, 4 animals total. 1 whitetail buck, (6 ½ yrs or older and up to 140 P/Y inches gross score. Any buck that scores over 140 P/Y gross inches we will add a kill fee of 100.00 per inch above 140 gross inches.  Example: buck scores 150 gross inches the kill fee of 1000.00 will be added to cost of your hunt (2200.00 total cost of your hunt for a 150 inch deer based on two days hunting) If buck scores 160 gross inches 2000.00 be added to cost of your hunt and so on) and one whitetail doe and two hogs per two days hunting. A 2000.00 replacement fee will apply if buck is under 6 1/2 years of age. Example: shoot a 150 inch deer that’s 4.5 years old total cost of your hunt will be 1200.00 for hunt+2000.00 for under 6.5 years of age+1000.00 for 10 inches over 140 inches your total cost is 4200.00  Aging of whitetail deer will be done by the tooth replacement and wear method from Texas Parks and Wildlife.   Additional days can be added to your package at 600.00 per day if you have not harvested your trophy buck.  If you have harvested a trophy in two days hunting you cannot hunt another trophy but can hunt for management bucks.   

Bring your sleeping bag, pillow, wash and dry towels, food and drinks and you are set. Sit on one of 11 feeders throwing corn twice daily or bring your own ladder stand or tripod.

Natural Hill Country setting with low-fencing to ensure genetic diversity.  Not a deer farm, but natural hunting in a natural environment on a working ranch.  Bunk house with bathroom and kitchen, and RV hook-ups.  Feed room, lighted skinning rack and walk-in cooler.  Box blinds and feeders available for use, or you may bring your own.  Close to Hill Country State Natural Area and Lost Maples State Park.  Non-hunting guests are allowed with prior permission and a day fee.  To keep the number of hunters low, there is absolutely no lease sharing;  each hunter pays a lease fee.  You will not find a non-paying hunter in your blind or your bunk.  Hunters limited to 13 for the lease.  Looking for mature hunters to add to our current responsible and respectful group .  Absolutely no alcoholic beverages on the lease.  If you will email me, I'll send you more information. 

Exotics are present on the ranch, including fallow, axis, sika, aoudad, hogs and elk.  There is no extra fee for exotics. 

Lease is for the regular white-tail season.  No bow hunting.  No extended season.  Spring hunts available after hunters complete a white-tail sesaon, at the owner's discretion and for an extra fee.

Hunters may not live at the property for the entirety of the season;  hunting on weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Veteran Owned lease is available as a weekend lease. Cabin included, along with electricity (Geneator) ;and water ;Open for Dove and Turkey Season at $150.00 a day Cabin Included, also open for Hog Hunts at $150.00 a day (2 day minimum) Cabin included. Also available for Whitetail Deer and Axis, at $700.00 per gun (2 hunters minimum) Cabin included (Just for the Weekend ONLY). Axis Deer Hunt in the Whitetail Off Season $800.00 (Weekend ONLY) The lease had a good harvest last season with 4 kills (Whitetail) by hunters. Average of 85% sucess rate. I have the photos, will be available upon your request. I have proposed a limit on the lease at 2 Hunters allowed: 1 Buck, 1 Doe per gun, for Wildlife Conservation. Please provide proof of Verteran Status (DD-214, VA I.D. or Veteran on your License) for Veterans Discount. Times would be Friday check with Ranch Manager around 3:00pm to Sunday check out at 2:00pm.
